In the video he says 'Remember, this is excersize, don't overdo it'. What is considered overdoing it? How long should you work out for to start? What are the signs that you are overdoing it? Not to rain on your parade or anything, but i am sure that dynaflex has just as good powerballs as NSD does, if not, then better. I hope to buy more of the high end steel gyros in the near future from Dynaflex because i was so happy with my purchase! I have recently recieved the dynaflex powerball and it was GREAT! i love all of dynaflex\’s products and the shipping was fast.
