It’s simple: the Dynaflex Powerball was designed to be used by anyone at any time no matter where they are. The small Dynaflex Powerball weighs under 13 ounces and fits perfectly in the palm of your hand, meaning it can be slipped into a pocket or a purse and taken anywhere you might have time to flick it on. But how does it work?

The Dynaflex Powerball has a balance rotor inside of it. When you switch it on, the rotor begins to spin inside the Dynaflex Powerball, generating anywhere from 32 lbs to 35 lbs of torque when it gets up to its top speeds (between 9,000 and 13,000 RPMs). How does this qualify as strength training? Well, with the rotor on, the Dynaflex Powerball begins pulsating like crazy, making it very difficult to hold onto. That means that your entire arm – from your wrist all the way up to your shoulder – is constantly twitching and flexing when it’s in your hand. Keeping hold of the Dynaflex Powerball requires all of that muscle use – but all you have to do is hold on tight!

I have recently recieved the dynaflex powerball and it was GREAT! i love all of dynaflex\’s products and the shipping was fast. Not to rain on your parade or anything, but i am sure that dynaflex has just as good powerballs as NSD does, if not, then better.

I hope to buy more of the high end steel gyros in the near future from Dynaflex because i was so happy with my purchase!

Why is there no information anywhere I can see about proper usage of this device? In the video he says ‘Remember, this is excersize, don’t overdo it’. What is considered overdoing it?

How long should you work out for to start?
What are the signs that you are overdoing it?
What level of force should you be using as a beginner?
